By accessing or using Astrowize ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

4. User Conduct

Our AstroBot chatbot provides automated astrology-related responses. You acknowledge that chatbot responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. We are not liable for any actions you take based on chatbot responses. We reserve the right to log, review, and use chat data for service improvement.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails from Astrowize. You may unsubscribe at any time. We reserve the right to send service-related communications regardless of subscription status.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including horoscopes, birth charts, and compatibility reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTROWIZE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Astrowize in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astrowize and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Astrowize.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
